Today I will take you through Juhie & Ashish's home at Bangalore.

Juhie is a very warm person, a loving wife & great mother to 2 lovely angels with fantabulous aesthetic sense  *smiles*. She lives in UK. This story is about her love for beautiful spaces & the space she created for her family & the love involved in the process.

Over to Juhie now.

We bought a brand new apartment in Bangalore. Well, it was a lot of hassle and hard work - the process of making the home out of a house. There were so many actions going on with 2 small kids and a full time job. At the same time, it was fun too*Smiles*. But we got to stay here only for 4 years before we moved to UK *Sigh*

We wanted a modern warm, functioanl / utility home to rush back to at the end of the day and the decor style was based on our love for natural things like terracotta, bamboo, plants, greens,cottons, and obviously "FabIndia" *Smile*. We kept working on the decor until we were completely satisfied.

We always wanted to have exposed brickwork somewhere. Yay & we did do it in one balcony which we converted to study. 

 

And the place I absolutely loved was my living room balcony.it was something big in a small space *smiles". I loved the stone pillars. The cane chairs were a gift from a dear friend.
