So what is cooking..?

How have you been..? I have been busy, thoughtful & engaged for last few weeks. It kept me away from blogging land. Well, it was always at the back of mind that I have been ignoring this dear blog of mine.

All Reliance TimeOut outlets at Bangalore are having a sale. Entire merchandise on the shop is on sale. Minimum discount is 25% ranging to maximum of 70%..! Go pick all those books you always eyed, thumbed, sighed  at & put back onto the shelf. Now is your chance to get them home!

I & hubby raided the Reliance Timeout outlet at RMM, Bannerghatta Road and bought home like tonnes of books! One particular book "1000-Kitchen Ideas", I had eyed for one whole year was on 70% off..! ". Obviously, it was brought home & drooled at/ continuous to be drooled at for hours together without moving an inch..!

So inspired by the lovely book, I am throwing open my kitchen to you guys!

It is open plan kitchen..We remodelled our kitchen  last year, bringing down the utility wall to make the kitchen larger. I tend to be little more experimental with colours in the kitchen..!The kitchen opens to a tiny terrace, which serves as a garden & a reading nook as well!

So come on in!

  2. I love your kitchen! Especially the owl holder for the ladles and the brass mortar and pestle. I see you are a fellow enthusiast when it comes to enamel-ware -- saw a couple of the karaikudi red dabbas up on a shelf :)
